Learn how to Stand Up Paddle-Board (SUP) this summer with Colorado Watersports! Our trained instructors will run you through the basic paddling and framework techniques, to help you get the most out of your SUPing experience.
What is Paddle-boarding?
Paddle-boarding is thought to have originated in Hawaii, and came to the US in 2004 when Maui surf legend Laird Hamilton used it as a way to cross train in big waves. He paddled out at Malibu on a stand up paddle board holding a US flag. SUPing is now one of the fastest growing sports in the US; in 2013 it was reported to have the most first time participants of any sport in the US. It's no secret to why SUPing is so popular - it's fun, great exercise and relatively easy to get into the sport.
Who is this for?
Anyone can SUP from young children, to grandparents, regardless of athletic ability.
What will I learn?
These lessons provide you with all the skills and information you need to become a self sufficient Stand Up Paddler.

When are the classes?
The classes take place from 9:00am - 10:00am every Saturday and Sunday from June to August.
